No, there’s no cancellation fee. We simply ask for a 30-day notice to allow us to reassign the talent dedicated to your project to another client, ensuring our team’s workflow remains smooth and efficient. Any completed work within this period will be billed accordingly.
If you switch packages mid-month, we’ll prorate the charges based on the days you used each package. For example, if you start the month on the Scale plan ($10,000) and switch to the Growth plan ($3,000) halfway through, you’ll be billed for 15 days at the Scale rate and 15 days at the Growth rate. Moving forward, the new package rate will apply in full from the next billing cycle.
Yes, you can pause your subscription with a 30-day notice. This notice period allows us to reassign the talent working on your project to ensure they remain engaged. Please note that while we’ll make every effort, we can’t guarantee the same team will be available when you resume, as they may be allocated to other projects in the meantime.
